We want you to be completely satisfied with BioProtocol. If you're not happy with our premium subscription, we offer a straightforward refund process.

1. Free Trial Period

All premium subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • • Request made within 14 days of first payment
  • • Technical issues preventing access to premium features
  • • Accidental duplicate subscriptions
  • • Unauthorized transactions (with verification)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • • Request made after 14 days from payment
  • • Change of mind after extensive feature usage
  • • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • • Partial refunds for unused portions of annual plans (after 14 days)

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your request
  3. We will respond within 2-3 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will revert to Free tier at the end of the period
  • Your data will be preserved (though some features may become inaccessible)
  • You can re-subscribe at any time

5. Annual Subscription Specifics

Annual subscriptions receive a discounted rate. Refunds for annual plans are only available within the first 14 days. After this period, you may cancel but will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining months.
